"Living in Arizona, I have often missed the great taste of skirt steaks as a kid. On a recent trip back home, my dad had grilled some skirt steaks from your market. Boy were they good and I went there the next day to fly ten pounds home with me. Well, those lasted about a week, but I remember Keith saying they now will ship there steaks out of state with 2 day air. I ordered 20 more pounds and they were fantastic.
